Black Men!
Two of my favorite shows, both hourlong dramas have black men as the lead characters. I really hadn't thought of it in terms of racial significance at all, but I suppose if you look at it that way, it kinda is. (The Unit, starring Dennis Haysbert & Thief, starring Andre Braugher)

I just finished my second run through the vaguely Eastern European gauntlets of Black and I think, at long last I have tired of blowing things up. Written by the guys who did Burnout, the guys behind Black have an extraordinary sense of destruction. They know exactly how to make demolition excellent fun. There has been no shooter that has ever quite captured the tile shattering goodness of the famous Matrix shootout until Black, and man do you get a ton of it.
