Here is the text of Bush's Speech to the NAACP. I only skimmed it, but it sounds like rhetorical patronage to me. The headline fore the story I downloaded says Bush acknowledged that 'racism exists'. What courage! Judge for yourself.

I don't expect Bush or anybody to do anything for the NAACP. So, basically, whatever to the whole thing. There is no black legislative agenda.

You will note that the crowd applauded 61 times. I'm on vacation. See you Sunday.
