Be it Resolved:

The Black/African American people in the United States of America and throughout the Diaspora resolve to permanently revoke the Black man status of Orenthal James Simpson (AKA OJ) for the following reasons listed below:

Whereas:
OJ has continually fucked up and abused his status as an African American residing in the United States. Mr. Simpson has continually attempted to distance himself from fellow African Americans. When Whites rudely reminded his ass that he was still black he sought refuge among African Americans. African Americans gladly welcomed Mr. Simpson back despite his past behavior. African Americans rejoiced his acquittal from a racist "justice" system even though many of us had doubts regarding his innocence.

Whereas:
Mr. Simpson has continually abused his membership in the African American community by flagrantly disrespecting the memory of his baby mamma thus causing unwarranted hardship upon his children of said marriage. One mitigating factor is the fact that the Goldman family and the Brown family have acted in a manner reminiscent of trailer park trash. The Goldman family in particular has acted as attention seeking media whores exploiting every opportunity to cash in on the death of their son Ron Goldman.

Whereas:
This latest attempt to exploit the death of his baby mama Nicole Simpson by writing a book describing how he may have "hypothetically" killed his ex wife was exceedingly stupid. In the event Mr. Simpson did get away with murder he knows or should have known to keep his damn mouth shut! This latest attempt at celebrity has caused undue hardship on his children and relatives.

Therefore
Given Mr. Simpson's past and present behavior, he is unlikely to change. Orenthal James Simpson's membership in the African American community has been permanently revoked. This revocation is permanent and therefore not subject to review. This revocation releases other African Americans from having to defend his stupid ass and thus frees resources needed to defend true victims of racism and white supremacy!

*Note: Mr. Simpson is free to seek membership in other racial communities; however it is doubtful that other races want the headache
