Somebody got gang raped in a place called Dunbar Village.
Even almost a month later, people are still learning about this horrific crime. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. The SILENCE is UNACCEPTABLE. The SILENCE is IMMORAL. I fully intend to shame the hell out of these people until they speak on it. Do we need them? NO, but you can't hold yourself as some kind of defender of decency or civil rights leader/activist and then ignore one of the most heinous hate crimes committed against a Black woman and her child that I have ever heard of in my life. If they are going to be silent about this then they need to turn in their charter and close up shop. YESTERDAY! I need your help. It is not enough to be outraged, we need you to act. TODAY!
Every once in a while people make stunning blunders. Today I found one so incredible I hardly know what to say. Well actually I do know what to say, I just don't know how to say it politely. And I've chose not to so there.
How can a blogger be so blind as to react to this crime by protesting against Jackson and Sharpton and the NAACP? If there is anything more stupid than running to Jackson as a black leader, which he is not, it's running to protest Jackson because he's not showing leadership, which he can't. That's just stuck on stupid.
WHEN A COMMUNITY HAS A PROBLEM WITH CRIME, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO CALL THE COPS.
But here we have a ghastly heinous crime, and this blogger is calling the media and all readers to call Jackson. So what we have here is a complete and total DUH moment upon which I am going to capitalize. I will lay the blame at the foot of the Coalition of the Damned, which has evidently convinced the bloggers at 'What About Our Daughters' that they are so powerful that they are the only ones capable of delivering justice. Ahem. The criminal courts exist for that purpose..
Argh. Dumbass.
