I have a cold and my wife gave me some pills. I don't know what they are but they're supposed to be good for me. It's a white capsule shaped like a coffin with vertical edges, not cylindrical like a Contac. There is a vertical bar in the middle on one side that goes edge to edge, cutting the pill in half. On the left side are the capital letters NL on the other side are the numbers 276.
It took some time for me to find anecdotal evidence that they are generics from CVS. So I will use the power of Google in referencing my website to help people know that it hasn't killed me or made me worse.

Dextromethorphan I've heard about forever. By the way, I was told to take these by the Spousal Unit once every four hours.
