Chrysler TARP Paid Up?

I'm having a hard time answering a question that should be obvious which is whether or not the government's investment in the TARP is paying off. I challenge you all to find out exactly how much was loaned to Chrysler and how much of the reported 5.1 billion that was just reported yesterday actually did or did not recoup tax money.
