So I hear that there's a hullabaloo at the Supreme Court this week. Perhaps a bit of well needed closure, or at the very least some properly considered caustics for the presumptions of the Social Democrat in Charge.
I was rather stunned at the brazen way in which Obama used tricks with cloture and other parliamentary arm twisting to get his monstrous health insurance mandate passed into law. But everybody, no matter what they say, wants to be an imperial president. Considering the corruption of Congress, I'm not sure such would be emperors can be blamed. But that's not the way it's supposed to work and now we are met on the governmental battlefield testing whether such arbitration can long endure.
