Cheney, like Bush and all presidents have their investment portfolios in a blind trust. Furthermore, if you remember, Congress insisted that Cheney divest all his interest in Haliburton during the first election in 1999/2000.


Presuming you're correct, Puma, in saying Cheney's assets are in a blind trust, he wouldn't need to sign an agreement assigning his future after-tax profits.
